​ ​We have accomplished a remarkable spectrum of tasks under these contracts that we hold with specific entities and generally across the state.  The projects associated with this work spans from construction and repairs to maintenance and replacement of any component integral to a facility’s fluid operation.  We are one of only a couple contractors in Colorado to be awarded these contracts and the only contractor to hold this style of contract with multiple entities.

  • Our experience within this niche market category ranges in project size from $1,000 to $10,000,000 dollars.  The history is a list of MEP upgrades and replacements, assembly improvements, general building maintenance, renovations, full remote campus TI’s, road work, hardscape R&R, …etc.  No matter the scope or scale, our team is committed to bringing our clients the best service possible, backed by our Facilities Contracting, Inc brand.

Specialty Services

Our commitment to project and service diversification isn't merely about broadening our horizons; it's about equipping our team to tackle an array of challenges with precision. Our team has varied and extensive experience beyond general construction and excel at a wide range of service related issues that arise throughout a buildings life cycle.  To be a turn-key provider to our clients, we cannot be just builders.  We have to be innovators, problem-solvers, and specialize in successfully executing both simple and complex tasks.

 

  • Our team is routinely called in to assess property conditions and recommend a plan for addressing issues at existing and new facilities for many of our clients.

  • We maintain and renovate 5 large daycare facilities across the Front Range for a leader in the early childhood care industry.  That is projected to double in the next 2 years.

  • We are the sole provider for facilities maintenance for ~40+ multi-modality imaging diagnostic centers within the Colorado and Texas markets.  Our work in these facilities ranges from diagnosing complex electrical spike complications and general TI refreshes, to full scale renovations and imaging equipment upgrades.

  • We provide turnkey maintenance and specialty services at ~50 stores across the CO and AZ markets to one of the top tire/service automotive companies in the nation  

  • Our specialty services also extends into our construction division as well.  We perform specialized construction like the first hydrogen fuel cell conversion projects for Kroger in Colorado.  We are one of a select number of contractors who will perform ICRA containment within hospitals to perform construction work safely and effectively.  We are one of a small number of contractors across the nation that is a turn key builder for Starbucks, and the only GE Med FACS contractor in the Front Range of Colorado.  By focusing on these niche types of work and becoming well versed in their execution, it allows us to execute both large and small scale projects amid a limited group of peers capable of performing the same tasks.

  • A concise estimating process with options for Value Engineering to tailor to the project’s budget needs, and material availability.

  • Preparation of subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and schedule arrangements at the beginning of the project. This upfront notification reduces the need for schedule adjustment due to a subcontractor’s lack of availability.

  • Tracking of all changes to the original budget and scope of work through Extra Work Authorizations

  • Dedicated on-site supervision for all construction activities.

  • Weekly reports for owner + architect team including photos and updates

  • Accurate project accounting including timely and well documented monthly billings and disbursements, as well as funds control.

  • Timely close out process including punch-list completion, warranty documentation, product owner’s manuals, and as-built drawings.

This collaborative process of the integrated project delivery model provides professional field experience and knowledge of current processes and materials to identify potential setbacks in the early stages of development, in turn avoiding unnecessary costs and delays. This alternative process provides our client with a team who can guide them through the many stages of making their dream into a reality.

 

Some of Our Services Include:

  • Setting a preliminary budget that best fits the client’s building requirements and vision.

  • Choosing a design team and creating a preliminary schedule

  • Coordination and procurement of any specialty and/or long lead time materials that may be needed.

  • Value Engineering (VE) to recommend alternatives to the design team, architect, and owner in regard to style and material selection.

  • Assist in permit review and approval from local municipalities.

  • Recommendation of best-fit subcontractors and suppliers for the budget, schedule, and goal.

Construction Management

We strive to be strategic partners in the construction process and truly more than “just contractors.” We believe in a collaborative approach with the client and architect to avoid potential issues, as well as solve those that must be addressed. We can perform either as construction managers on behalf of our clients or as both construction manager and contractor.

Snow & Ice Management

We have been providing snow and ice management since 1989 and are equipped with numerous snow crews stationed throughout the Denver Metro area. We respond to snow and ice events at properties in a timely manner, reducing the risk for accidents and potentially hazardous conditions.

Our services include plowing, shoveling, liquid de-icing, and sanding. Being a construction company as well, we have heavy equipment available for our use in situations where snow accumulates too quickly for conventional removal methods. We are ready to respond to snow and ice events 24/7/365.

We issue only a limited number of contracts each snow season so that we can provide our clients with the superior service they deserve. We have provided years of satisfied service to clients such as Lockheed Martin, UPS at Denver International Airport and other hubs, University of Colorado Hospitals, Jeffco Schools, and many more.

Facilities Management

We offer time period specific maintenance contracts, as well as respond to per-call maintenance calls for a variety of building issues, such as plumbing and lighting. We work direct with property owners to ensure that their buildings are in proper conditions for customers and tenants.
