North Springs Surgery Center is a 15,000 SF full interior demo and finish for HCA Healthcare with a contract value of nearly 10 million dollars. This project includes 4 operating rooms, 12 pre-op and post-op patient bays, admin areas, new canopy for patient entrance and discharge, and new trash/generator enclosure.
