Facilities Management

Facilities Contracting, Inc. offers a day porter services, as well as, landscaping and lighting maintenance contracts. We work directly with the property owners to insure that their commercial buildings and/or centers are in proper condition and appealing to customers and tenants. We also offer building maintenance services. Services can be provided on a per call basis, in addition to contracts for on going supervision.
