Our team has worked successfully in multiple local arena and sports venues in Colorado including Ball Arena on multiple high end renovation projects, team lounge areas, locker room remodels, and sport court/field work on tight timelines and in conjunction with busy venue schedules.


HRCA-Southridge Patio


HRCA-Southridge Patio

Facilities Contracting, Inc., completed a 1,700 SF structural steel covered patio addition to the HRCA-Southridge Recreation Center. Complete with lighting, fans, heaters and roll up vinyl enclosure for all seasons use.

HRCA Eastridge Locker Rooms

HRCA Eastridge Locker Rooms

Highlands Ranch Community Association sought a complete renovation of their Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms as well as the Family Changing Rooms at the Eastridge Recreation Center. These improvements included the complete demolition of all existing finishes, walls, ceilings, flooring, concrete slab, HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical distribution previously serving the locker room locations. The new improvements focused on an updated floor plan and upgraded, high end finishes throughout, to include all wall tile, poured epoxy flooring, phenolic lockers and matching toilet partitions, stone benches and countertops, and modern plumbing fixtures for a new and enhanced patron experience.

Coors Field Suites Renovations

Coors Field Suites Renovations

Facilities Contracting, Inc. completed a limited joint venture project with Shawmut at Coors Field to bring fans and personnel completely revamped suites. We were able to partner with AdLight who produced some amazing branding and signage for the spaces, and successfully completed this project before opening day! The Shawmut and Populous team hit this one out of the park and we were thrilled to be a part of such a special project to the Rockies faithful and greater Denver sports landscape.

Ball Arena Point and CANteen

Ball Arena Point and CANteen

The Ball Arena Point and CANteen projects are cutting edge sponsorship spaces that bring new and dynamic offerings to the main concourse at Ball Arena and pilot the recycling program and Ball Corporation vision within the arena. The spaces are one of a kind custom venues that highlight the use of aluminum and metals to create a unique and special fan experience.

HRCA Tennis Pavilion

HRCA Tennis Pavilion

The HRCA Tennis Pavilion project was an interior TI project at the tennis dome in Highlands Ranch to provide a much needed office space and storage area to the tennis dome, while elevating the finish to promote the high quality campus and facility. The two spaces were outfitted with all necessary MEP systems to conduct business year round and clad in a custom fabricated phenolic panel system.

Young Men's Christian Association

Young Men's Christian Association

Facilities Contracting, Inc. was the general contractor on the interior demolition project to produce an interior building remodel including a gym, common spaces, class suites, office space, and a full service daycare center. The project spanned over 42,000 SF.

Ball Arena Infinity Monument

Ball Arena Infinity Monument

The Ball Arena Infinity Monument is a culmination of over a year’s effort to design, fabricate, and install a monumental piece at the core of the downtown Denver sports scene with a message forward piece representing the Ball Corporation’s mission and sponsorship for the arena. The sculpture is represents the infinitely recyclable qualities of aluminum that drives Ball’s recycling mission. Facilities Contracting partnered with Scherer Metals to design and fabricate the over 1,700 pound structure that they custom fabricated in their local Denver, CO shop. The scope included the removal of the existing buried foundation structures for the previous signage, reworking the electrical and data lines in the area, installing new power and lighting for night time viewing and games, installing a new foundation to support the monument, and installing the monument itself and perimeter custom railing with branded Ball Corporation top rails.

Kroenke Sports - Av's Practice Facility

Kroenke Sports - Av's Practice Facility

The Av’s Lounge project was a renovation project that built out a dedicated lounge space for the Colorado Avalanche. Their existing facility didn’t have an area for the players to spend time comfortably after practice. The new lounge offers entertainment, a custom golf simulator, views of the Front Range, and a buffet bar.

Kennedy Mountain Campus-Activity Center

Kennedy Mountain Campus-Activity Center

Improvements to the on-campus Activity Center at the University of Denver’s newly acquired Kennedy Mt. Campus were performed to better accommodate ADA accessibility, gender neutrality, and life safety. These improvements included the installation of a newly paved parking lot, compliant pathway network adjacent to the building, grading for an emergency helicopter landing zone, renovation to the existing restroom for gender neutral accommodations, complete lighting replacement with new LED fixtures for energy conservation, as well as new interior and exterior paint for a like-new appearance.

DU Concessions

DU Concessions

This was a concession stand remodel project we completed with our design/build partner, Populous, to rejuvenate the fan experience at Magness Arena on DU’s campus. The new spaces feature a bar/pub atmosphere and a more engaging and diverse fan experience. Numerous high end and custom features were utilized to create this new and exciting space for DU’s patrons.

HRCA Northridge Locker Rooms

HRCA Northridge Locker Rooms

The HRCA Northridge Locker Rooms project was an interior complete demo and rebuild effort to bring the old locker room finishes and aesthetics to modern finishes for the community. The project consisted of new tile from floor to ceiling, new hard lid ceilings and soffits, custom benches, and all new fixtures and partitions. The new finishes transformed the space and brought a much more bright and modern finish palette to the locker rooms.
