Snow and Ice Management

Facilities Contracting, Inc. has been providing snow and ice management for the Denver Metro Area since 1989. Equipped with numerous snow crews stationed throughout Denver and the surrounding areas, we are able to dedicate crews to properties and care for them in a timely manner reducing the risk of potential hazardous conditions.

Our services include lot plowing, shoveling, liquid de-icing, as well as sanding. Additionally, due to the nature of our business, we are also able to provide heavy equipment for the removal of snow and ice when snowaccumulates too quickly for conventional removal methods.

In order to provide our clientele with the superior service we believe they deserve, Facilities Contracting, Inc. only issues a limited number of contracts each snow season. This practice allows us to dedicate a team to your property ensuring your property receives the attention and service you deserve.
